Each year we purchase about $120,000 in GameStop Gear in bulk so we can get lower prices and no shipping fees. We then pass those savings on to you, so you can wear your oh-so-cool gear in your store.
Even though Conference is virtual again this year, this isn’t a perk we’re going to let you miss. So, we’ll be doing a virtual store this year. You’ll have all the same great items, and we’ll ship them direct to your store. Since Conference is just 3 days this year, we will only be offering GameStop Gear once, so don’t miss out!
Since you’re not able to see/feel the items before you purchase this year, we’ve provided a lot of information below for each item.
Ordering opens on Wednesday, July 6 and closes on Friday, July 23.

I’m a newb, what is GameStop Gear?
GameStop Gear was created for you to have an opportunity for you to buy logo swag to wear in your store. The great thing is, we buy it all in bulk so we get discounts – then pass the discounts on to you. The prices that you see here include tax and you will not be charged for any shipping. So, if you order 2 shirts at $20 then your total would be $40.
How can I order?
We will be sending out a Survey Monkey that you can fill out if you’d like to purchase any of the items below in GSO. Or you can click the link here to order.
How can I pay for my order?
We will only be able to utilize payroll deduction as your form of payment this year. More information to come on when you can expect to see your deduction on your check. You can expect your payment to be deducted from your paycheck dated August 6. If your total is over $100 we will deduct $100 from your August 6 paycheck and the remainder of your balance will be deducted from your August 20 paycheck. We will not deduct from more than two paychecks.
Can I order for others in my store?
No, however they will be able to order for themselves this year! That’s the great thing about our virtual conference is we are able to open portions of conference for everyone to enjoy!
How will I be able to tell the quality of the shirt?
Because you can’t see and feel gear this year we have provided details to help make your selections. We received samples of these shirts and they are all high quality with many different preferred features. The higher the weight the thicker the material. Be sure to click an image to enlarge it so you can see the stitching, patten and details. You can also see the sizing chart by clicking on the available sizes down below.
How can I confirm my order?
If you opted-in to GameStop Gear communications we will be emailing order confirmations out weekly. Please allow 5 business days to receive your confirmation email. If you haven’t received it after then please check your junk mail for an email from GSConference@GameStop.com . If it’s not there, send an email over to GSConference@GameStop.com and we will look further into your order. Be sure to include your first name, last name, and employee ID in your email.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
If you’d like to make a change to your order please email GSConference@GameStop.com and include your first name, last name, employee ID, and what you’d like to change. All changes must be made before GameStop Gear orders closes on July 23. Any changes requested after then we won’t be able to accommodate.
Can I exchange my shirts if I ordered the wrong size?
We won’t be ordering any extras gear this year. Therefore, we are unable to do returns or exchanges. We are certain someone in your store or district would love to buy it from you.
